4 When using the oil return cooling method, a bypass unloading circuit (check valve) must be installed in parallel with the cooler. The opening pressure of the back pressure valve is less than 0.5Mpa to prevent excessive pulse pressure from being damaged when the system starts. . 

5 The position of the air cooler should avoid vibration and impact, and the air intake and exhaust are free and smooth, and the installation is firm. 

6 It is not recommended to install a cooler at the oil outlet. 

5, installation precautions 

1 The cooler must be placed in a well ventilated place, and dust and debris should be cleaned regularly. The front and rear exhaust vents must have a space above the fan blade radius for good air circulation and heat exchange. 

2 In order to protect the cooler from being broken, when the cooler device is installed in the return oil circuit, a bypass unloading circuit must be installed, connected in parallel with the cooler, and when the pressure relief encounters the convex wave, the unloading can be preferentially opened. 

3 For proper installation, it is recommended to use a hose, correctly install a bypass unloading circuit, or use an independent circulation cooling method. 

4 Clean the air side, use compressed air or hot water, remove it along the direction of the aluminum sheet. Please pay attention to the power failure during cleaning, and protect the fan coil from water.
